 I bet you thought I forgot about you.  Well over a month has gone by and our carpet is doing fine.  Thanks for the great work you did.  If there was some way you could get the word out that when it comes to cat urine, the first place to go is YOU!  The over-the-counter products just don’t work; they just make it worse by spreading the urine further into the pads and the baseboards. Your website was very impressive due to how informative it was.  Everything I read made so much sense.  The light you use to check the home is a great way to ensure the job is done right, and I am very impressed by the look thereafter.  I can’t tell there was a piece of carpet replaced at all.  Thanks again for doing such a thorough job and being so friendly and helpful at the same time.  I truly appreciate it!
